Click here to download the authorization form for credit card donations. When the form is complete, please fax (+886-2-23651701) or email it to us.

 

4. By convenience store teller, kiosk, or ATM transfer

Upon completion of the form you will be provided with a barcode that can be provided to convenience store tellers to complete your payment, a code that can be used at convenience store kiosks or a code that can be used at ATMs, depending on your selection.

If you make a transfer via an ATM machine (our bank code is 012), please send us your name, address, phone number, date of transfer, and the last five digits of your account number via email or fax (+886-2-23651701) so that we can issue a receipt.

6.Donate your electronic invoices

How to donate:

• When paying at stores that issue electronic invoices (search eligible stores), tell the attendant you would like to donate your invoice using the code 677677, or give them the barcode to scan.
• If you are using i-cash or EasyCard to store electronic invoices, inform the Ministry of Finance’s E-invoice Platform you wish to set the Environment & Animal Society of Taiwan as your donation recipient. Please provide them with EAST’s Chinese name (社團法人台灣動物社會研究會).
• When buying items online, select ‘donate your invoice’ and enter the invoice donation code 677677.
