Peter Singer 簡介

澳洲籍哲學家，應用倫理學家。動物保護運動經典《動物解放（Animal Liberation）》一書作者。曾任澳洲Monash大學人類生物倫理中心主任，現為美國普林斯頓大學人類價值中心「生物倫理學（Bioethics）」教授。
重要著作：《Democracy and Disobedience（民主與不服從）》、《Practical Ethics（應用倫理學）》、《Rethinking Life and Death: The Collapse of Our Traditional Ethics（生與死的再思考：傳統倫理的崩潰）》、《Test?Tube Babies: a guide to moral questions, present techniques, and future possibilities（試管嬰兒：道德問題，現有技術，以及未來的可能性）》 、 《The Expanding Circle: Ethics and Sociobiology（圈子擴大：倫理與社會生物學）》、《A Darwinian Left（達爾文左派）》

Marc Bekoff 簡介

美國科羅拉多大學生物學教授。美國動物行為協會「長期研究貢獻」獎得主。
專長：動物行為，動物認知行為研究，行為生態學。
重要著作：《Species of Mind : The Philosophy and Biology of Cognitive Ethology (心靈的品種：動物認知行為的哲學與生物學探討)》、《The Smile of a Dolphin : Remarkable Accounts of Animal Emotions(微笑的海豚：動物情感記事)》、《Ｍinding Animals: Awareness, Emotions and Hearts（心存動物：認知，情感與心靈）、《The Cognitive Animal : Empirical and Theoretical Perspectives on Animal Cognition（動物的認知：動物認知的經驗與理論觀點）》、《Encyclopedia of Animal Rights & Animal Welfare(動物權與動物福利小百科)》主編。
